faulty bracelet outdated system

the pool was enjoyable . sunsets at sunset cove also offered a pretty sight.

My bracelet chip did not work. i needed a replacement. the towel system also felt outdated. Guests get two towel cards and face a $20 charge per towel not returned at checkout. this felt inconvenient.

Wonderful Stay With Excellent Amenities

The Kids Club was a great place for children to release energy. The staff took the kids to lunch, which allowed adults to have adult-only company. The evening shows and movie nights provided family entertainment. I really appreciated the team's hard work to ensure kids had a good time (my daughter loved it!).

The check-in process felt inefficient upon arrival. This caused a delay in starting our vacation. I hope they improve this .
